What is dehydration?
Dehydration can be defined as “the body excessive loss of water.” Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract may lead to dehydration. A large loss of fluid can be dangerous for life.
Our bodies require a certain amount of fluid at least one liter daily. Requirements depend on the activity and age, but the most active people need two-three liters every day. Receiving fluid is needed for fluids replace in the body.
